• Return & Refund Policy
  At Hustle Culture, we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a sale is made. We understand that this policy may seem strict, but it helps us maintain the quality and exclusivity of our offerings.
• In case the product you receive is damaged, our team will scrutinize your request to validate it. If approved, the customer is to ship the pair in the same exact conditions with the tags attached. All original accessories and items must be included in the parcel that is being returned. The product must be returned in a carton/cardboard box secured first with bubble paper. If the correct product is not available, we will refund the total billed amount to the payment source or in the form of store credit. The store credit will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
