Orders
I have not received an order confirmation email. What shall I do?
Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for the order confirmation email. If you still haven’t received it, reach out to us at hello@hustleculture.co.in with the following details so we can assist you promptly:
- Full name under which the order was placed
- Email address used to place the order
- Item(s) purchased
- Order ID
How do I track my order?
Once your product is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details on the email address provided at the time of placing the order. The tracking link will allow you to monitor the shipment status and estimated delivery timeline. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
My tracking number is not updating?
Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be shared with you. If the tracking information shows that the package has not moved from the drop-off location within 72 hours, we recommend contacting the respective courier to attempt retrieval. If you are unable to recover the package, please reach out to our team and we will assist you further.
My order was canceled. Can I still buy the item?
If your order is canceled, the item may still be available for purchase. Please note, the item may not be available at the same price as your canceled order.
Why was my order cancelled or refunded?
We make every effort to ensure that all orders are shipped within the promised timelines and that customers receive exactly what they’ve ordered. However, in certain situations beyond our control, an order may need to be cancelled or refunded.
This can occur if the product is no longer available with the vendor, if the item received during quality checks is found to be damaged, or if the product becomes unavailable at the source. Since products are produced directly from our trusted sellers, some times they are sold out due to inventory mismatch and the item is not available at their end.
In such cases, our team reaches out to the customer to inform them of the situation, and if the order cannot be fulfilled, it is cancelled and refunded accordingly.
Do you allow returns or exchanges on products?
All sales made on Hustle Culture are final. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.
This policy is in place due to the limited availability and sourcing nature of many of our products. We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and descriptions before placing an order.

Are your products brand new and authentic?
Yes, every product sold on Hustle Culture’s website is 100% brand new and deadstock (DS). We follow a strict in-house authentication process that includes a 3-step verification system to ensure authenticity.
All products listed on our website are verified by our team and undergo thorough quality and legitimacy checks before being shipped, so you can shop with complete confidence
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours of placing the order. We offer a hassle-free cancellation window during this period, with no questions asked.
To request a cancellation, please reach out to our support team within the 2-hour timeframe along with your order details. Once the request is received and verified within the eligible window, the cancellation will be processed accordingly.
Please note that cancellation requests made after 2 hours of placing the order may not be accommodated, as orders are typically processed.

Shipping
What is the usual delivery time for products?
Our products are generally delivered within 10–12 business days from the date the order is placed. For certain ETA orders that require international procurement, additional delivery time may apply. The estimated delivery timeline for such sourced products will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Yes, you may request a change to your shipping address provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To do so, please reach out to our customer support team via email or WhatsApp using the same contact details that were used while placing the order, and submit a request for address modification.
Once the request is received, our customer service team will review and process the update. You will be notified once the shipping address has been successfully revised. Please note that address changes cannot be accommodated once the order has been dispatched.
How much time does shipping take?
All orders are generally dispatched within 7–14 business days unless otherwise specified after confirmation, following a rigorous quality and authentication verification process.
In certain cases where the product is an ETA item that needs to be procured internationally, dispatch timelines may extend to approximately 30 business days. The estimated delivery timeline for such products is clearly mentioned on the respective product page at the time of purchase.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
The shipping carrier used for your order depends on the serviceability of your delivery PIN code. We typically ship orders through trusted logistics partners such as Tirupati, DTDC, Delhivery, or Blue Dart, ensuring reliable and timely delivery based on your location.
Do I need to pay customs duty on my order?
No, you are not required to pay any customs duty or additional charges on your order. All products available on Hustle Culture are shipped directly from our warehouse in India.
This means the price displayed at checkout is final and inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. There will be no hidden costs or extra payments required at the time of delivery, allowing you to shop with complete transparency and confidence.
Returns

When will I receive my refund?
Once the return process is successfully completed, the refund is initiated simultaneously by our finance team. Please note that all refunds are processed only to the original source of payment used at the time of purchase.
After the refund has been initiated, kindly allow your financial institution 5–7 working days to process and reflect the amount in your account.
Payments
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. To confirm a COD order, a 30%-50% non-refundable prepaid amount must be paid in advance through our authorized payment providers. The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery using the COD option.
Please note that all sales on Hustle Culture are final. Orders placed using the COD option are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, similar to prepaid orders. We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before placing a COD order.

Will my card details be saved on your database?
No, Hustle Culture does not store or maintain any customer card or payment details. We are strictly against retaining private financial information.
All transactions are securely processed through our trusted payment service providers using industry-standard encrypted payment gateways, ensuring that your payment information remains protected and confidential at all times.
Can I buy from Hustle Culture on EMI?
Yes, we offer multiple EMI payment options through our payment partner Snapmint, allowing you to split your purchase into convenient installments.
Please note that EMI approval and eligibility are determined solely by the payment provider. Hustle Culture does not influence or take responsibility for eligibility decisions made by Snapmint or any third-party financing partner.
Do you accept international cards?
Our products are delivered within *7 to 10 business days* from the date of placing the order. If any product has an additional delivery time (e.g., sourced products), it will be mentioned on the product page.
Do you accept international cards?
