- What is the usual delivery time for products?
Our products are delivered within 10-12 business days from the date of placing the order. If there is an additional delivery time for sourced products, it will be mentioned on the product page itself.
- How do I track my order?
Once the product is dispatched you will receive the tracking details in the email provided.
- When will my order be shipped?
All the orders are shipped within 8-10 business days of purchase.
- I have not received an order confirmation email. What shall I do?
Browse through your spam, junk and promotions folder. In case you have still not received the confirmation, reach out to us on hello@hustleculture.co.in with the following details:
1.Full name under which the order has been placed

4.Order ID
5. Do you allow the return or exchange of sneakers?

- Can I buy from Hustle Culture on EMI?
Yes, we offer multiple EMI options through our payment providers - BharatX and Razorpay
- Do you accept international cards?
Yes, we do accept international cards. Inorder to make payments using an international card you can use the payment portal.
- Are your products brand new and authentic?
Every product sold on Hustle Culture's website is brand new (DS). We have a in-house legit checking system which follows a 3-step verification process. All pairs listed on the website are deadstock and are verified authentic.
- Do you offer Cash On Delivery?
Yes. We provide cash on delivery with a 30% non-refundable prepaid payment via our payment providers. The balance can be paid via COD options. All sales are final, so COD orders are also non-refundable and not exchangeable as prepaid orders.
10. Will my cards be saved on your database?
Hustle Culture is strictly against maintaining the private database of the customer. Moreover, the transaction is processed by our payment service providers via a secure gateway.
- Which shipping carrier do you use?
The shipping carrier is subject to the serviceability of your Pin code. The products are usually shipped through Tirupati, DTDC, Delhivery or bluedart.
- Do I need to pay Custom Duty on my order?
No. All products are shipped from our warehouse in India so you don't have to pay custom duty or any additional charges.
