CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

To ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient shopping experience for our customers and seller partners, Hustle Culture offers Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) on select products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

This policy defines the eligibility criteria, advance payment requirements, delivery obligations, refusal consequences, and re-shipment terms associated with COD orders. By selecting COD as a payment method, customers agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

Hustle Culture reserves the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of COD services implies acceptance of any updates.

ELIGIBILITY FOR COD

  • COD is available only on select products and serviceable pin codes, as determined by our logistics partners.
  • Customers opting for COD must pay an advance amount ranging between 30% to 50% of the total order value, along with an applicable processing fee, at the time of placing the order.
  • The advance payment and processing fee are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

Hustle Culture reserves the sole discretion to determine COD eligibility based on factors including product value, availability, customer order history, logistics feasibility, and seller preferences. COD availability may change without prior notice.

ADVANCE PAYMENT & ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • COD orders require an advance payment (30%–50%) to confirm and reserve the product.
  • This advance payment covers
    •  Order processing
    • Product sourcing and allocation
    • Authentication (where applicable)
    • Logistics initiation
  • By making the advance payment, the customer acknowledges that:
  • The advance amount confirms the order and reserves the product
  • The advance payment is non-refundable
  • Failure to cooperate during delivery may lead to forfeiture of this amount

BALANCE PAYMENT AT DELIVERY

  • The remaining balance amount must be paid in full at the time of delivery to the delivery agent.
  • Orders will not be handed over without successful payment of the remaining amount.

RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO) & RE-SHIPMENT POLICY

  • If a COD order is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability, refusal, or non-acceptance:
    • The customer must pay:
      • The remaining balance amount if they want the product reshipped
      • Applicable RTO and re-shipping charges amount upto ₹1500.
  • Only upon receipt of the above payments will the order be eligible for re-shipment.

Customer Contact Attempts

  • In the event of RTO, the Hustle Culture team will attempt to contact the customer up to three (3) times.
  • If the customer remains unreachable or unresponsive after the third attempt:
    • The advance amount will be forfeited within seven (7) working days
    • The order will be considered cancelled
    • No further claims will be entertained

NON-SERVICEABLE COD PIN CODES

  • If, after order placement, it is identified that the selected pin code is not serviceable for COD:
    • Hustle Culture reserves the right to contact the customer
    • The customer may be requested to pay the remaining balance upfront to proceed with shipment
  • Failure to comply may result in order cancellation, with the advance payment remaining non-refundable

REFUSAL AT DELIVERY

  • If a customer refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery:
    • The advance payment will be forfeited
    • The customer may be restricted or permanently blocked from future COD orders

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • COD service is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
  • Hustle Culture reserves the right to modify COD terms without prior notice
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring availability at the delivery address
  • Any disputes related to COD orders must be raised within 24 hours of delivery or attempted delivery
  • This policy is governed by Indian laws, and jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of India
